Job Description:
Field assistant needed to help with a project studying foraging behavior of blue-headed vireos, black-throated blue warblers, and black-throated green warblers in the Southern Appalachian Mountains from May 15 until July 31.
Field work will involve locating and observing birds and recording detailed observations of foraging behavior. Data entry using Microsoft Excel will also be required. Willingness to work long days outdoors under hot, buggy conditions, and camp for several days at a time is required.
A stipend of $650 per month, fees associated with lodging during sampling (campground fees, field station fees), and some food supplies will be provided.

Qualifications:
