Job Description:
Accredited through University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point Three 5-day workshops entitled "Introduction to Raptor Field Techniques" will be held in Stevens Point, WI by Eugene Jacobs of the Linwood Springs Research Station and Loren Ayers of the Wis. Dept. of Natural Resources. Summer Session: 4-8 June, 25-29 June, 2012. Fall Session: 27-31 August, 17-21 September, and 8-12 October 2012. Receive first hand experience working with: live raptors, capturing, handling, banding techniques, broadcast call surveys, tree climbing, rappelling, blood sampling and more. Cost is $435 and space is limited, so register early.
