Pre- & Post-conference Workshops
A number of special workshops were organized before and after the conference. These workshops were not part of the formal scientific program of the conference, and the individual workshop organizers were responsible for the content of each workshop. However, workshops provided an opportunity for more flexibility in presentation of content, as well as greater interaction and discussion. Most workshops were open to all conference delegates but a few had limited registration and required additional registration fees.
