Garage is on the lower level. The cost is $15 pesos per day per entry (Approx. $1.38 USD).
Internet Service
Wireless is available in the hallways and lobbies. Your laptop must contain the appropriate hardware to operate since hardware is not available at the World Trade Center. Internet service is not 100% reliable.
Phone, Fax & Copy Service
These are available at the service desk located downstairs on the meeting room level at 09:00–14:30 and 16:00–20:00.
Medical Aid
First aid assistance is located in the Camerino Room 1
located opposite the Ulúa Meeting Rooms on the lower level. The office is open daily from 11:00-15:00 and 16:00-20:00.

Located near the rest rooms on the lower meeting room level.
Rest Rooms
Located near all meeting rooms including across from the Ulua Rooms on the lower level.
Internet Service
Wireless is not available at the hotel. Internet service is available in each guest room at a cost of $6.00 USD per day or in the Business Center at $5.00 USD per day.
Childcare
Childcare is available at the Hotel Galería Plaza and is complementary from 09:00-18:00. Outside of these hours, services are available in your guest room at the rate of $10 USD per hour.
